What I Collect
When you schedule a pickup or create an account, I collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup/delivery address, and any special instructions you provide. If you're referred by an existing customer, I also store the referring phone number. For deliveries, a photo of the completed order may be taken to confirm drop-off.
How I Use It
Your information is used to schedule and fulfill pickups and deliveries, send order confirmations and status updates (by email or text), calculate pickup/delivery fees based on distance, apply referral credits, and reach you directly if there's a question about your order. I don't use your information for anything beyond running the laundry service.
How It's Stored
Order and account information is kept on secure servers and used only to run the business. I don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment Information
I don't process or store card numbers or bank account details. Payment is handled directly between you and me through Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle — those platforms have their own privacy policies covering the transaction itself.
Your Address
Your pickup/delivery address is used only to calculate distance for scheduling and to know where to go — it's never published or shared publicly.
